Delivery details

1. Orders for which Freeboard has received full payment for goods will be shipped on a first pay first delivery basis.

2. You shall be responsible for any customs delay or return of goods due to lack of appropriate documents. It is strongly recommended that you understand the local customs clearance policy and prepare all customs documents in advance to avoid delays or unexpected expenses.

| Refund

All goods are non refundable and orders cannot be cancelled. (except for damages and defects specified in the product warranty)

You will be responsible for paying your own return freight. Freight is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange products to reach you may vary.

| Warranty bill

1. A 180 day warranty period is provided from the date of shipment. Freeboard will bear the freight when transporting the replacement equipment within the warranty period.

2. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser who purchases the machine directly from Freeboard. Once the mining machine is resold, the warranty scope becomes the responsibility of the reseller.

3. If the user does not use the product in accordance with the instructions, specifications and conditions provided or changes the functional settings of the device without Freeboard's prior consent, Freeboard will not be liable for any damage caused thereby.

| Warranty limitations

We do not guarantee the quality, performance, function or compatibility of pre installed software for specific purposes. We do not guarantee that the functions contained in the software will meet specific requirements or that the operation of the software will not be interrupted or free from errors. Products are sold "as is".

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty does not apply to:

1. Normal wear;

2. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, improper handling or improper installation;

3. Product damage or loss caused by excessive physical or electrical stress (including but not limited to humid, corrosive environment, high voltage surge, extreme temperature, transportation or abnormal working conditions);

4. Product damage or loss caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to floods, storms, fires and earthquakes;

5. Damage caused by operator error or non-compliance with the instructions in the attached documents;

6. Changes made by personnel other than us, relevant partners or authorized service institutions;

7. The products of the original software are replaced or modified by people other than us, relevant partners or authorized service institutions;

8. Counterfeit products;

9. Data damage or loss due to interoperability with current and / or future versions of operating systems, software and / or hardware;

10. Data damage or loss due to improper use and behavior not recommended and / or allowed in the product documentation;

11. Product failure caused by using products not provided by us;

12. The computing board or chip is burned.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights granted according to different laws in different countries / regions. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of warranties or collateral or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

| Warranty service

During the warranty period, we will undertake to repair or replace defective products with the same or similar (e.g. newer) versions at our sole discretion, unless the defect is the result of warranty restrictions. The repair of the product is free of charge for the parts, components and labor required to perform the repair and restore the normal operation of the product, provided that the equipment is returned undamaged and the freight (including insurance) is prepaid to our service processing facilities

The cost of returning products, parts or components to our service processing facilities shall be borne by the product owner. If products, parts or components are returned uninsured, you will bear all risks of loss or damage during transportation.
